Business Visa (C/A)
Effective February 1st, 2014, citizens are allowed to enter Romania without a Romanian short stay visa provided they meet the below conditions. They are :
The right to stay on the territory of Romania shall not exceed the right of stay granted as per the visas/residence permits issued by the Schengen Member States.

* An original invitation from a commercial company or public authority to attend meetings, conferences, fairs or congresses related to trade or industry, showing that the company or public authority concerned will provide the costs of removal in the case where the alien invited does not leave Romania until the date of expiry of the right of residence established by the visa or other documents proving the purpose of the trip. | |
*Voucher or firm reservation to a tourist accommodation unit and travel itinerary if the company does not provide accommodation; | |

Transit visa (B)
The transit visa is the visa that allows a foreigner to transit through Romania. The transit visa may be issued for one, two or more transit operations, with no transit time exceeding 5 days.

Visa for Employment (D / AM)
The long-stay visa for employment shall be granted to foreigners on the basis of the work permit issued by the Romanian Immigration Office under the law, except for the work permit for posted workers
