The letter must include a brief summary of the reasons for the invitation including details of the business activities, duration of the trip, the statement specifying who will be responsible for all expenses related to the trip. | |

Indian Nationals need to apply for a transit visa if traveling between New Zealand and the Cook Islands, Fiji, New Caledonia, Solomon Island, Tahiti, Tonga, Vanuatu and Western Samoa, for less than 24 hours and will not leave the transit area of the airport. If travelers wish to leave the transit area of the airport or remain longer than a 24 hour period, they should apply for a Visitor visa.
