| Itinerary / Air tickets | * A copy of a paid flight Ticket showing both entry and exit from Paraguay |
| Purpose of Travel / Accommodation | * An Invitation letter addressed to Minister Ruben Benitez Palma, Director of Passports and Consular Services, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Asuncion, Paraguay. |
| *An Invitation letter addressed to Minister Brígido Lezcano Britos, Charge d'affairesa.i., Embassy of Paraguay, New Delhi-India | |
| *A reference letter from the Employer/Request Letter. (Business-copy of company registration) | |
| *Police Clearance certificate Apostille by Ministry of External Affairs -India. | |
| * Any proof of your accommodation/ purpose at the destination/ Booking Certificate and payment receipts from the tour operator. | |
| * Copies of confirmed hotel, guest house or motel booking with the name of the applicants showing. | |
| For minors: | |
| - birth certificate | |
| -in cases where one parent has full custody over the child, the family court order has to be attached. | |
| -Certified copies of ID/passport of both parents | |
| -The notarized parental authorization signed by both parents or guardians is attached if the minor is to be travelling. | |
| * For conference, seminars, arts and sports activities, the organizer has to directly send an invitation to the Embassy's fax in advance. | |
