Indian nationals may be granted visa-free entry into the country in any port of entry for an initial authorized stay not exceeding fourteen (14) days, provided they possess the following:         

1.) Either a valid (used or unused) American (US), Japanese, Australian, Canadian, Schengen, United Kingdom, or Singaporean multiple-entry visa or permanent residence permit.              

2.) An Indian passport valid at least six (6) months beyond the date of departure from the Philippines;     

3.) Return or onward ticket to the next country of destination    

4.) No derogatory record with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration.

Transit Visa

TRANSIT VISA (Must be traveling from one country to another via the Philippines. Transit period is limited to 72 hours.) (9B)

Authority to issue student visa has to be received by the Philippine Embassy from the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs before a student visa can be issued. Personal appearance may be required when applying for a student visa.

Diplomatic Visa

Documents Particulars
Passports *Original passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the contemplated stay in the Philippines.
* Photocopy of the data and amendment pages of the applicant's passport.
* Original old passport booklets if any
Photographs * Two photograph size 2 x 2 inches taken no more than 6 months ago. Scanned photos are not acceptable
Covering Letter * A covering letter per individual / family/ company addressed to The Visa officer, Consulate General of Philippines
* The Covering Letter should brief the profile of the applicants and the purpose of travel with travel dates. Covering letter should  state the purpose of visit and day to day details
* Covering Letter can be on a plain paper for individuals and on the company letterhead for officials / sponsored applicants
Bank Statements * Original Bank statements for the last 6 months stamped and signed by bank officer and showing contact details of the bank. 
*Balance Confirmation Certificate from Bank on Bank letterhead with sign and seal from the bank.
* Bank statements should be of relevant and active accounts which shows the proof of funds and income
* Bank statements should be of a closing date closer to the date of visa application (A4 size preferred)
IT Returns *Latest 3 years  Income Tax Acknowledgement / ITR-V  (Saral) of individuals and the company
Itinerary / Air tickets * Return airtckets showing confirmed Flight details.
