Terms and Conditions of the Visa Guarantee Scheme
1. Refunds will be processed only for customers who have been issued this Guarantee letter by BPVS.
2. The refund eligibility only applies to visa refusals.
3. Refunds for the visa refusal shall be made without objection once the refusal letter is sent to BPVS via email from the applicant. Refunds cannot be processed without the refusal letter.
4. Refusal letters to be provided to BPVS within seven working days of receipt by the applicant.
5. Refunds will be issued only against the refused applications.
6. Refunds will be processed within seven working days to the Indian bank account from which BPVS received the payments.
7. Countries which involve personal interviews to decide on a visa application (for instance USA) will not be included in the Visa Guarantee Scheme.
8. Refunds will only be processed against mandatory visa application fees, BPVS Service Charges and any other charges collected by BPVS including taxes.
9. Any Value-added services / optional services availed out of BPVS will not be eligible for refunds.
10. Refunds for UK visas will be issued based on 6-month multiple entry visa fees only.
11. Applicants will have to ensure that all documents listed by BPVS are to be submitted with the visa application. Inability to produce or change in any of the documents suggested post verification by BPVS will not be eligible for refunds.
12. Refunds and this Guarantee Letter will be nulled in case BPVS is notified that fraudulent documents have been submitted by the applicant/s.
13. Refunds and this Guarantee Letter will be nulled in case BPVS is notified that the applicant withheld or provided misleading information such as previous refusals, immigration issues, overstays etc.
14. In cases where an applicant is contacted by the Embassy / Consulate for additional information or documents, and the applicant fails to attend this thereby leading to refusal - such instances will also not be eligible for visa refusals.
